Masters Tickets Q&A

I thought that Masters Tickets were sold-out & considered the toughest ticket to secure in Sport. How is it that your Company has access?
The principals of TravelMasters grew up in Augusta & have a life long presence there. Accordingly, many confidential relationships with Masters 'patrons' (the original ticket-holders) were forged over the years and consequently the company leases the same credentials annually.

If I reserve the use of a Masters ticket what access does it entitle me as the user?
A Masters practice round ticket or series badge entitles the user access to the entire spectator areas of the Augusta National Golf course, the merchandise pavilions, concession stands, the putting green viewing area & the patron area in golfer practice facility. Restricted areas are the clubhouse & veranda which are reserved for Club members, their invited guests & tournament participants.

If I place an order when do I receive my tickets?
If you ordered any of the following; Practice Round Tickets or 4DAY Series Badges, you can expect to receive your credentials the week of March 21st. The aforementioned are shipped via FedEx & a signature will be required to release the package.

Why do I have to pick up and return the Masters Badge?
The Augusta National issues 1 Badge for all 4 Tournament days – Thursday through Sunday. Therefore, any individual Tournament days purchased (Thursday Only, Friday Only, Saturday Only, Sunday Only or a combination of days) will be available to pick up from our Augusta office after 8AM the same day. Depending upon what day(s) you have purchased, the assigned badges must be returned no later than 8PM on the last day of use to avoid a penalty per non returned item. Is there parking available for the Masters Golf Event?
YES, the Augusta National Golf Club provides Masters Patrons with an ample parking area adjacent to Berckmans Road. Parking is complimentary on first-come first –served basis from Monday- Sunday during the event. Everyone entering the parking areas must display a ticket. See Parking map for detailed info.

What are the key points that I need to know when using a Masters ticket?
Each attendee must display the ticket at all times once inside the gates of the Augusta National. Please make certain that if you exit the grounds of the Augusta National, you have your ticket scanned so that you may re-enter. Finally, all guests must strictly adhere to the Club's rules of golf fan etiquette and decorum or risk immediate expulsion from the property.
