Jacksonville Jaguars Tickets

Jacksonville Jaguars tickets, Jaguars tickets
In 1995, along with the Carolina Panthers, the Jacksonville Jaguars entered the NFL as the first expansion teams in almost 20 years

In January 1997, the young Jacksonville Jaguars stunned the sports world by, not only making the playoffs, but also reaching the AFC Championship game before losing 20-6 to the New England PatriotsThe Jaguars returned to the playoffs in 1998 and 1999, once again losing in the Super Bowl semi final (33-14 to the Tennessee Titans in the AFC Championship Game).

Since then, the Jaguars have struggled, winning seven games in 2000 and no more than six in each of the past three campaigns, missing the playoffs on each occasion. However, under the reins of Coach Jack Del Rio the Jaguars have assembled some major young talent in QB Byron Leftwich, DT Marcus Stroud, to complement the All-Pro running back Fred Taylor.

The 2004-2005 season resulted in a winning record of 9-7 (their best victory came on December 19th against the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field). But the following week's shutout by the Houston Texans eventually would eliminate the Jaguars from the playoffs, thus they would not be able to play the Super Bowl on their own home turf (the first year the Jaguars have hosted the Super Bowl).

Don't miss the Jacksonville Jaguars stretch run for a playoff position in 2006. Reserve your Jacksonville Jaguars tickets today!
