Oakland Raiders Tickets

Oakland Raiders tickets, Raiders tickets

The Raiders have long had a reputation as the bad boys of the NFL led by maverick owner Al Davis. The Silver and Black began life in Oakland in 1960 before moving to Los Angeles in 1982 and then back to Oakland in 1995. The Raiders have appeared in five Super Bowls, winning in 1977, 1981 and 1984. They lost the Super Bowl to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers following the 2002 season and also lost Super Bowl II back in 1968.

The  Oakland Raiders ensured a rough 2003 campaign, winning just four games. As a result coach Bill Callahan was sacked, allowing Norv Turner to step in as the club’s third head coach in the past four years.

In the 2004-2005 season, their first season under Turner, the Raiders continued to suffer on the field, posting the Raiders second consecutive losing record (5-11), heavy laden with turnovers and injuries. The Oakland Raiders made many roster moves in 2004 in an attempt to regain the respectability in the AFC West. Colorful Warren Sapp was brought in to shore up the defense and Kerry Collins has claimed the quarterbacking duties.
